PAWS TO MEET YOU
We start with a warm Meet and Greet session. This is all about building trust and making sure your pup feels at ease. We gently introduce ourselves to your pal, allowing them to have a good sniff and get familiar with their new surroundings.
It always helps to start as you mean to go on, and grooming is no different. Creating this positive and stress-free environment from the beginning goes a long way.
BE GENTLE WITH ME!
Next, we move on to some gentle handling. We use soft and soothing techniques to handle your puppy, ensuring they feel safe and secure. This step is crucial for building confidence and reducing any anxiety they might have about being touched or groomed.
TANGLE-FREE FUN
Our brushing and combing session makes sure your puppy’s coat is free of tangles and mats. It’s also a great way to get used to the grooming tools we use in a calm and playful manner. Plus, it’s an excellent bonding experience!
EAR-RESISTABLE CARE
Keeping a dog’s ears clean is something that’s often overlooked, but it’s key to their overall health. In this session, we ensure both ears are free from wax and debris, and throw in a little ear massage for good measure.
SNIPPIN' & CLIPPIN'
In our Scissors and Clipper Familiarisation session, we introduce your puppy to the sounds and sensations of grooming tools in a non-threatening way. This helps them to get accustomed to the tools used in future grooming sessions, reducing any fear or anxiety.
PUPPY PEDICURE
Our Claw Clip service is a gentle introduction to nail trimming. We make sure it’s a stress-free experience, leaving your puppy with neatly trimmed nails and a wagging tail.
TREATS FOR TROOPERS
A little healthy treat helps to create a positive association with grooming, ensuring your puppy looks forward to their next visit.
